Industrial-level Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) are focused on surveying and mapping, geology, electric power, ocean exploration, and other fields, and some breakthroughs have been made in the use of UAVs in suppressing drug and other types of smuggling, border patrolling, public security and anti-terrorism, and emergency rescue and disaster relief. In 2015, the total output value of China's Civil UAVs was about 1.35 billion yuan, and by 2020, the market predicts the industrial applications will increase to 81.5 billion yuan; hence, industrial-level UAVs will achieve a rapid development in the next few years.
